EPA's Commissioning Guidelines

A couple of years ago, the Environmental Protection Agency released their EPA FACILITIES MANUAL, VOLUME 2, Architecture and Engineering Guidelines. Appendix B of the volume is the EPA's Commissioning Guidelines.

The EPA plans to move the Commissioning Guidelines out of the Appendices and into the main volume, based on the high value EPA places on the commissioning process. (This may have already happened, but I haven't been able to find any evidence of it.)

The Commissioning Guidelines can be a handy model for government, military and educational entities.
