Of course, to start with you will need to give us your project name and location, as well as your company logo and contact information.

Once you've placed your order, we will firm up the list of things we need to get started. After you've given us everything, we usually only need one to three weeks to finish.



COMMISSIONING PLAN

  • Date the Cx Plan is needed
  • General scope of Cx work (HVAC, lighting controls, domestic hot water, etc.)
  • Other scope details (how many reviews, how many on-site meetings, etc.)
  • List of commissioned equipment
  • Percentage of Cx sampling for various tasks (HVAC, lighting, TAB, etc.)
  • Rough construction schedule
  • Commissioning team contact information (we will send you the form)

COMMISSIONING TEST PROCEDURES

  • Date the Test Procedures are needed
  • PDF of applicable specification sections
  • PDF of BMS controls submittals
  • PDF of approved sequences of operation
